Delivery Information

We use Royal Mail (for our smaller parcels) and MyHermes (for our larger parcels), these are a 3-5 day postage service. We also offer upgraded postage services on our listings if you need the item there quicker.

Please allow 7 days before contacting our customer service department about any orders that have not been received.

If you are not there when the courier delivers, they will leave a card and you can get in contact with them to arrange a suitable delivery time.

If for any reason you have a query regarding the delivery of your order, please call our customer services helpline on 0844 847 9808 or email .

Please remember to state your order number and your full name and postcode when corresponding by email or phone.

Returns Information

Dunluce Golf offers a 'No Quibble Guarantee' on all purchases. This means anything purchased can be returned as long as it has not been worn unless the item is faulty. We do not offer a free returns service unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent. In these cases you will need to contact our customer service department who will provide you with assistance to return your items to us.

Please note: We do not accept returns for clubs that have been adjusted.

If you are not happy with your unworn purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for an immediate refund.

Please use the following steps to return your parcel for a refund:

i. Inside your parcel there will be our Returns Form to include in your parcel - please note we do not offer exchanges.

ii. Pack your parcel securely making sure you include your returns note.

iii. Please return your parcel to:

Take the parcel to the post office. We advise that you use the "Standard Parcel delivery service" with the extra compensation option if the goods exceed the value of £36.00 (this option should only cost approximately 45p and will ensure you will be compensated in full should your parcel go missing). Please ensure your parcel is covered for the value of its contents.

You will be refunded in full by your original payment method. Please note you are responsible for any Paypal charges incurred in the refund process & the returned item is your responsibility until we receive it.

Returns Policy

Dunluce Golf does NOT offer a direct exchange service, however if your purchase isn't everything you expected it to be and you wish to return an item the simplest and quickest thing to do is place a brand new order for your new item and return the old one (non defective) to us for a refund. Availability of items can change quickly and we recommend placing an order immediately to ensure the item you require is still in stock.

Dunluce Golf will refund the purchase price (less the original postage) on receipt of the item in new and unused condition and with original packaging. We will endeavour to process the refund as quickly as possible on receipt of the returned product. If the price of the item has changed since the original purchase we will honour the previous price on the new order. The returning item(s) is the customers responsibility until it is received by Dunluce Golf.

If an item is defective or not as described, Dunluce Golf will refund the purchase price and any additional postage cost incurred.
